1. Make a B2 dodecahedron in such a way that each ball of the dodecahedron is connected to a central ball with a long yellow strut. This uses 20+1=21 balls, 30 medium blues, and 20 long yellows.

2. Make 12 pentagonal spikes, each comprised of 1 ball and 5 long blues. This uses 12 balls and 60 long blues.

3. Mount the pentagonal spikes onto the central dodecahedron constructed earlier. Now you should have a small stellated dodecahedron with all those yellow struts connected to the center.
