14. Make 30 of the assemblies shown, using 2 balls, one medium blue, 2 short reds, and 4 long yellows. Notice that the blue strut and all four yellows should be coplanar, while the short reds both lie on the same side of this plane. This uses 60 balls, 30 medium blues, 60 short reds, and 120 long yellows.

15. Attach these assemblies as shown. Notice that that the yellow struts are adjoined to the vertices of the big bounding dodecahedron, and each of the short reds should connect to one of the vertices of the medium blue pentagons.
